Exchange
You may do a one-time 1-to-1 exchange for your product (please see exceptions below) within 14 days of purchase in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags intact.
- Email us at hello@curiouscreatures.cc with your name and order number, and which items you would like to exchange for.
- Mail your item to 46 Kim Yam Rd, New Bahru, #02-12, S239351. We will not be liable for lost mail should it be sent via regular mail. Shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Or do a one-to-one exchange directly at our shop locations.
- Curious Creatures reserves the rights to reject any exchange request if it does not comply with our exchange policy.
Permanent Jewelry, Personalised Jewelry, Earrings, Piercing Jewelry, Home Goods, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for exchange.
Returns
We accept returns (please see exceptions below) within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving of your order for a full refund via the original mode of payment only. The entire refund process may take up to 60 business days (or more) to be concluded, depending on payment merchant and bank processing time.
We accept returns (please see exceptions below) within 14 days of purchase or upon receiving your orders for refund(s) via store credit(s).
Store credit(s) will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns must be made at any of our stores within the above stipulated time frame.
Resized or altered 18k fine jewelry pieces are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return store credit, email us at hello@curiouscreatures.cc to enquire about eligibility.
- Once verified to be eligible, you may send your item(s) back to our HQ within 14 days for local orders and 21 days for overseas orders.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags still intact.
- Order number and credit/debit card receipt must be presented if the original mode of payment is via made via credit/debit card.
- All items must be shipped back to us in the original box to avoid damaging the jewelry. Any returns with damage will not be refunded.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Curious Creatures reserves the rights to reject any returns request if it does not comply with our returns policy.
Permanent Jewelry, Personalised Jewelry, Earrings, Piercing Jewelry, Home Goods, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for returns.
18k A Fine Line pieces that are resized or altered are also not eligible for returns.
What if my product is damaged?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, send us an email at hello@curiouscreatures.cc with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item you received, along with your name and order number.
Warranty:
- Demi-fine Jewelry: 90 Days
- 14k Fine and 18k A Fine Line: 12 Months
This warranty does not cover:
- Loss of item
- Damages that come from wear and tear, careless use, chemical exposure or improper storage such as but not limited to scratches, loosening/loss of gemstones, bent jewelry, broken chain, tarnishing, discolouration etc
Repair charges outside of the warranty period or the above will be borne by the customer. Repairability is subjected to assessment by our customer service team or store representatives.
We do not provide welding or repair services for non Curious Creatures pieces.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received the package, it takes up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a refund. An email update will be sent once we process your return and refund back to your original method of payment. The refund process can take up to 60 business days (or longer, depending on bank processing time) for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
Important Details
We’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. For orders outside of Singapore there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Curious Creatures will not cover or reimburse these fees.
